Photos around San Antonio

May take a couple minutes.

This photo is a quick shot from a bridge on the Guadalupe River north of San Antonio. Click on photos for a higher resolution graphic.

This photo is the obligatory armadillo photo, from Texas. :{)>

This photo of the leaves changing, and it is one of my favorites.

This photo was taken at the Guadalupe River State Park. The cardinal kept moving back into the brush, as I tried to get closer.

This photo is a timed exposure of the moon, with a passing airliner drifting across the bottom.

This photo was taken at Guadalupe River State Park. This big tree was along the river and the lines made an interesting pattern.

This photo is a beautiful Christmas tree and lights. It wasn't far from RiverWalk.

Other photos from over the years

This photo is from an airshow that the Blue Angels put on. Taken back around the summer of '82.

This photo was taken back in the spring of '82 in Dunoon, Scotland, the former home of Holy Loch.

This photo was taken off the coast of Nassau, back in 1983. The submarine, USS Grayling was anchored approximately 500 yards offshore.

This photo was taken the same day as the one above. You can see one of the visiting boats along side asking for a tour of the sub.

This photo was taken back around the summer of 1981. The lighting was what caught my eye and the photo came out better than I thought.

This photo of a spider (anyone know what kind?) was hanging between a couple of trees. I almost ran into it. :{)>

This photo was taken one night while waiting for an old girlfriend to get off work. Photo taken during the summer of 1981. This was a 4 second timed exposure of steam vapor from the top of the hospital, around 11:30pm.
